National Day of Reflection

On Tuesday 23 March, we mark the one year anniversary since the first lockdown because of the Covid 19 pandemic. Across the country, people will fall silent at noon for one minute to reflect on the millions of lives that have been lost.

At St George’s we will have the doors of the church open from 11.30am for a couple of hours, so people can drop in if they would like to use the quiet space for prayer and reflection. At noon, we will toll the bell for a minute in remembrance of all who have died.
