Mothering Sunday

On Mothering Sunday, 19 March, we will celebrate all those who have mothered us over the years. At our all-age service at 10.30am, we’ll give recognition to the women in our lives who have been an echo of God’s maternal care and nurture for us. Friends, neighbours and family all welcome, as we give thanks for mothers in all their guises.

The service will be led sensitively and there will be space for those for whom Mothers’ Day is a difficult day.

“As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you" (Isaiah 66:13).
