Guest speaker - Mark Scandrette

Following our series on the Beatitudes during the summer, we’re delighted that Mark Scandrette, author of The Ninefold Path, which guided us through the series, will be speaking at St George’s at our 11am service on Sunday 29 September.

Mark is a writer, speaker and coach based in San Francisco and the founder of Reimagine, a centre for integral Christian practice. The work at Reimagine has led to all kinds of projects: engaging with social justice issues, strengthening neighbourhoods, art-making and group spiritual formation.

Mark is the author of a number of other books, including FREE: Spending Your Time and Money on What Matters Most and Practicing The Way of Jesus: Life Together in the Kingdom of Love.

Mark will be coming to share with us about what Christian practice looks like and how to integrate faith in our daily lives.
